For over 30 years Doc Morgan Inc. has worked with many individual and national Associations, Programs and Campaigns to create that "one of a kind" piece that has placed them in the forefront. Please give us the opportunity to work with you in creating that custom piece that fulfills your needs.

IMAGINE – your Association or Brokerage design, die struck and skillfully polished with deep relief or molded detail.  Our quality lapel pins are available in a wide range of finishes and materials from deluxe Gold Electroplate to Sterling Silver and Gold Karat.

DESIGN ASSISTANCE – whether from your specific instructions or conceptual suggestions, our art department will prepare realistic renderings for your consideration and approval, at no cost to you.

QUANTITY – our plant facilities are geared to production runs of virtually any size.

STEP 1 - Basic Information 

Providing the following information will help our team to best fulfill your goals and objectives. If you don't know all of the information right away, it's okay - we are here to help!

a) Pin Size and Shape - This will dependent on design elements, but knowing your expectations is helpful.  b) Pin Usage -  What's the purpose of the pin? Who is it for and how/where will it be worn?

c) Images and Logos - Email any images and/or logos to be incorporated.

d) Colors - If you require specific PMS colors, please let us know.

e) In-Hand Date - When do you need the finished pins?

f) Quantity - A range is best so that you can see how the quantity affects the unit price.  

g) Budget - Please provide a price range per piece, or per order.

STEP 2 - Artwork

Whether you are going to use our free design services or send us finished art, we are here to make the process easy!  

Options 1: Provide Us Your Ideas - We will have our design department take it from concept to finished art. 

Option 2:  Send Us a Sketch - We will use your sketch and turn it into finished art.

Option 3:  Send Us Final Art - send us your finished artwork files and we will then send you a proof for approval.   

*Preferred file formats: .ai or .eps original artwork, or high resolution .jpeg (300 dpi or greater)

STEP 3 - Proof Approval

After a design is decided upon, we will email a digital proof, for your review and final approval before production.  If any adjustments are required, we will continue the development process until you are 100% satisfied. ​  Once the proof is approved, we will then proceed with a pre-production sample if desired.
